God’s time is the right time

God is good all the time. He is the Father to the Fatherless. He is El Shaddai. He is God almighty who abundantly blesses with all manner of blessing. He hears the prayers of the righteous.  Psalms 5:12 “For you O Lord will bless the righteous; with favor, you will surround him as with a shield”. He has reminded me that His timing is the right time. I have been praying fervently for Him to show His greatness. There is a time when I thought my prayers have been held in the clouds somewhere and are not reaching to Him. Do not give up or give in the works of the devil. Do not let him fill your mind with doubt or negatives for he uses our minds as a battlefield. At that time when the prayer has not been answered, God might be working on you, prawning you, getting you ready for the ultimate.

Elijah prayed earnestly that it would not rain and it did not rain for three years and six months, James 5: 17. I made my request known to God specifically and I even wrote down what I needed and posted it on my refrigerator door to remind me that I am in waiting.

God’s time is the right time. Hallelujah

When you make, your request known to God, sometimes it is good to keep it to yourself to avoid negative response from people who might not understand your relationship with God. We live in a society whereby people tend to analyze and question everything. Sometimes those analyses might make you doubt the Word of God. As a Christian, you know with God, all things are possible. God can do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think per the power that worked in us. God knows the desires of our heart. He wouldn’t give us a stone when we ask for bread. He is our Father, He is loving and cares for His children. Good things come to those who wait. Praise God!
“God’s time is the right time”. Let’s look at the book of John 4:7
When the Samaritan woman came to draw water, Jesus said to her, “Will you give me a drink?”. Notice something here? Jesus asked the woman for water not the other way around. You don’t need to chase it around. The bible says, when the woman came to draw the water (John 4:8 His disciples had gone into the town to buy food) Jesus was by Himself.

God’s timing is the best.

If the disciples were there maybe they would have interfered in this miracle for the woman was known for a very bad reputation in town. Jesus and His disciples had just come to the city. Jesus was tired from the journey and He sat down by the well. We must be at the right place and in the right timing. God will unveil Himself.

The woman went to the well to draw water instead she got much more, including a cleansed and refreshed Spiritual life. Don’t we all want that?

Be specific with what you need and wait for that answer. When it finally comes, you feel it deep down in your heart that this is it. This is my prayer answered.
Let’s not be quick to move away because when the blessing comes, it won’t find you.
Do not do quick fixes because it will break in the long run.
Do not go for fast work, God is interesting in the deep work.
God gives us something that lasts.
When it is God’s time you will be at the right place.

Are you a purposeful worshipper

IMG_3264Matt 2:1-12
The three wise men were seeking Him because they knew He was the savior of the world.

*Are you actively seeking after Him

What would you do if you see the star?
Will you be able to leave everything to pursue the star?
He wants a deeper relationship with us. Are you saying God I want more of You? Many of us are waiting for God to pursue us instead of you pursuing Him. Have hunger for God.

*Are you a purposeful worshipper

The three wise men humbled themselves and bowed down and worshipped Him. They did not worship Him because of what He has done but they worshipped Him for who He is. He has done enough for us.
Like the three wise men, what gifts are you bringing to Him
What are you doing to give back to Jesus?
Whom do you mentor
Whom do you inspire
Do you honor Jesus with what you have?
Are you willing to change directions?
When you have encounter with Jesus, things change. He said to the three wise men go back with another route.
