God can move your mountain

When things seem so impossible

And life’s so hard to bear

God can move your mountain

Before you reach despair

He will never leave you or forsake you

Trust in Him always

Be anxious then, for nothing

And never cease to pray

So keep on climbing higher

Be patient while you wait

For God is never early

Also, never late

Praise Him anyhow

How do you praise God when you don’t understand what is happening? How do you praise God when everything surrounding you seems to be falling apart? How do you praise God when He seems distant? How do you praise God and keep your eyes focused on Him alone when they are full of tears? Answer is: Do what Job did.
Remember Job? Job 1:20-22 At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship and said: “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.” In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.
The deeper the hardship, the deeper you should be in seeking His presence in your life. Worship and praise God despite what you going through, don’t stop. Job received one bad news after another, it seems like everything surrounding him was falling apart of which it was, yet God was still seated on the throne. Job knew but he wouldn’t budge. He knew God was his solid foundation and he wouldn’t be moved. The bible says he was a blameless and upright man, he feared God and shunned evil. He had seven sons and three daughters. He owned a lot of livestock. Now the enemy devil wasn’t pleased with the knowledge that Job was a faithful servant of God and wanted to prove to God that if everything is taken away from Job, he will certainly denounce God and curse Him. Job started to lose his possessions, his family and was also attacked physically in his body. He was afflicted with painful sores from the soles of his feet to the top of his head (Job l:7).
With all that going on in His life, Job remained faithful to His God to a point whereby his friends couldn’t understand why he was going through what he was going through in the first place.
I reminisce one time when I couldn’t take it any more receiving bad news after yet another bad news. My heart was pained, I told myself I have two options 1. to lay down and cry myself to sleep every day or 2. to get up every morning and give God worship, praise and trust Him completely. As Christians, our options are none anyway, we cannot give up.
Be careful of such friends like Eliphaz, Bildad and Zophar. They will come to your life and condemn you for what you going through instead of encouraging and building you up, they will destroy you. Jobs friends where not only his friends but were also known for their wisdom, yet their wisdom was shown to be narrow-minded and not willing to comprehend. God rebuked the three friends for adding to Job’s suffering by their false assumptions and critical attitudes. Job’s material possessions and family were restored, he received even greater blessings than he had before. Those that you really look up to sometimes might not give you the best of the advice, look upon Jesus that is where your help comes from. Those who are persistent in trusting God surely, they will be rewarded. Praise and worship God anyhow.

Psalm 23

Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd – that’s relationship. I shall not want – that’s supply. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures – that’s rest. He leadeth me beside still waters – that’s refreshment. He restoreth my soul – that’s healing. He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness – that’s guidance. For His name sake – that’s purpose. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death – that’s testing. I will fear no evil – that’s protection. For thou art with me – that’s faithfulness. Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me – that’s discipline. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies – that’s hope. Thou annointest my head with oil – that’s consecration. My cup runneth over – that’s abundance. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life – that’s blessing. And I will dwell in the house of the Lord – that’s security. Forever – that’s eternity AMEN

Walk in freedom

Feet on the BeachWe live in a world where people see our symptoms, but don’t understand our sickness. People will judge your outer condition without taking the time to probe deeper and see what you are really dealing with. That’s why so many people never get to places of healing and wholeness because no one is patient enough to deal with the real issue. But the good news today is that God sees the heart.
God understands the totality of what you are dealing with because God has been a present help since day one. You can take everything to God in prayer. And when you take everything to God you tap into God’s power. God’s power is strong enough to not just heal you from your issue, but to also set you free from your infirmity. Get to the root of the trouble today so you can walk in freedom tomorrow.

Humble beginnings

IMG_4140Doing something from nothing not only shows God’s work in you, also shows your faith in God. He turns a nobody to somebody. He turns nothing to something. God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualified the called. Look at humble beginnings of a certain jobs, business, project etc. On my research I found out that most of the fortune 500 companies started with close to nothing but now are huge successful companiesthey started from the bottom now they are here”. And in the process, some of them were turned off in many places because ‘they were not qualified, not suitable or fit” for the positions. But because of their zeal and determination, they pursued what they felt God placed in their heart to do so. Humble or small beginnings is a good start too, don’t despise it and don’t pay attention to those who will try to crush your vision.
Amazon is one of the world’s largest online retailer yet it started from the garage and a whole lot more companies as well. Idea and vision that God places to a person, no one can tarnish. You might be not getting any support or any encouragement but tap on the power that is within you and utilize it to encourage you and motivate you not to stop or give up. Where God leads, He provides, I believe He will connect you with the right people who will be able to help you excel.
It does not matter where you are, your background, environment, race or color, God will pull you out and place you on a high table. Nazareth was despised by the Jews because it had poor reputation in morals and religion. It was a small town I guess not as fancy too like most big towns. Nothing was expected to come out from Nazareth, not alone a Messiah for that matter. It seems like a small village, remote and no activities was going on in that place yet the Messiah came out from it. Your current environment or circumstances does not determine your future. His spoken Word will manifest in your life. Your idea or vision will come to pass, hold on to your faith. Humble beginnings lead to great destinations.
