Nothing can change God’s plans for you

Beautiful 3D Art Desktop WallpaperYou may have had a horrible past or you are in a negative and depressing circumstances. You may be facing challenges after challenges without any reason to have hope. Listen; irrespective of all that you going through the good news is; your future is not determined by your past or your present. Have hope and faith in Him who is able.
Recently I got acquainted with an individual and their testimony just blew my mind. I didn’t know they have such a powerful testimony until after the Holy Spirit spoke to me to pray for them. Without sounding too confronting, I politely asked the person if they believed in God and they said yes then I proceeded by letting them know the Spirit of the Lord is directing me to pray with them. We prayed and the person started to open up. They said our meeting wasn’t a coincidence but a define appointment.
They were abused tremendously throughout their young age and went through a lot of challenges in their life yet she told her self that won’t take the best of her. The confrontation was conformation for her to carry on with what God had placed in her heart and that was to minister to young women by sharing her testimony. As a born again saved woman now she realizes and very thankful that God has been with her all along after all and she won’t allow her past to take her hostage or to interfere with her future. When all this was happening, we were shouting with praise thanking God for the divine appointment. I went to this place not knowing God already had some set-up plan for His glory to be shown hallelujah!
No matter what you’ve been through, it won’t change the plans God has for you. Sometimes you must go through the valley to reach your destiny. It’s not an easy walk but it’s not a permanent walk and remember God will be with you every step of the way. Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you, He will never leave nor forsake you.
Share your testimony it will bless somebody, it will bless you!

More of You Lord, less of me

Maybe you are tired of being tied. You are desperate for just one touch from the Lord. Your eyes are sore, you cry out to Him; you plead with Him “how long should I suffer, how long should I stand in hope and believe for a change. My strength feels gone, I cannot anymore, I feel numb and empty. I need more of You Lord and less of me. I cannot do it on my own. May I decrease and You increase Lord”.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Matthew 5:6. Have you ever felt desperate? Maybe you have experienced being desperate to be married, desperate to have a baby, desperate for employment, or desperate to be healed.

The word desperate is defined as having an urgent need or desire. It is something that you want more than anything. How about desperate for God? Did you know only God can create in us a desperation for Him? None of us wake up saying, “I really want more of God.” Our natural minds don’t operate that way. God literally must put in us a desire for more of Him. And when that desire is strong, your pride just goes out of the window and you could care less about what people think.

Picture the woman with the issue of blood feeling desperate for Jesus’ healing power. She didn’t care what anybody thought of her or whether people were looking at her or not. She was desperate. Imagine blind Bartimaeus shouting “Jesus, thou Son of David have mercy on me!” (Mark 10:47). He was desperate and tired of being sick and tired. He wanted a miracle and he knew the only person that could give him one was Jesus. The only person that can give you what you need is Jesus.

Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you. It takes God to give you the heart of a seeker. It takes God to create in your desperation. You can be rest assured that when God gives you a hunger, a thirst, a desperation and strong desire for Him, He is about to satisfy you and be amazingly glorified in your life. Oh, how blessed we are. We are not blessed because we created that desire on our own. We are blessed because He gave it to us and He is about to meet every desire all our desperations per His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

Have faith

Luke 17:6 When the disciples asked Jesus to increase their faith, He said to them “if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree,’Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you”.

You see it takes little bit of faith to get things moving. You got to have faith. Maybe you’ve been praying for something for a while and you haven’t received it. It’s not because of how you have prayed or how long you have been praying for it, but do you have what it takes, do you have faith?

He is the Lord of impossibilities, even if you’ve been told it’s impossible. I just love it when God shows up in a situation whereby statistically it has never happened before. Have you ever experienced that?
Well that’s the God we serve.

You see we serve a God who can turn the water to wine.
Who divided the sea and let his people through.
Who multiplied the widows oil e.t.c
And above all, who died on the cross, and on the third day rose from the dead.
We serve a living God.
We serve a God, who is able to do immeasurable more than all we can ask or imagine.

The Word of God says faith comes by hearing and hearing the Word of God.
Who is the Word – Jesus
Don’t entertain the negativity that will lead to doubt. If you tell yourself you cannot have it, then you won’t, but if you trust God and tell yourself that you have it, then you have already claimed it, it belongs to you. Doubt and faith cannot work together . Once you doubt, you are opening the door to the enemy. You cannot remove obstacles without faith. Yes, maybe it’s been a long time coming but change is going to come.

Mark 5:28 The women with the issue of blood had faith. She told herself that if only I could touch the hem of His garment I will be healed, how great faith is that! She knew that she wouldn’t get His attention. It was so crowded, large crowd gathered around Him. Her only option was to touch the hem of His garment. What transpired thereafter was amazing, she immediately got healed and she felt free from all the suffering she had endured for the past twelve years. She had spent all her savings going to different doctors and instead of getting healed she got worse. But the minute she met the Lord and saviour, her life changed, the diagnosed illness vanished, her misery turned to joy because she was free from the bondage. It took her to have trust in God and have faith that she will be set free.
I encourage you, get closer to Him, just touch the hem of His garment, trust Him, have faith.

What you need to know

1. You have an enemy and he has a name – satan or devil

2. You are in a spiritual battle (Ephesians 6:12)

  • the devil is real
  • the devil is invisible
  • he is a murderer, a liar and a thief
  • he is crafty and scheming
  • 100% evil

His purpose is to keep Gods purpose from you. He seeks to replace God with himself in your life. He seeks to get you off track and out of the will of God in your life. He also tempts you and makes you doubt your personal relationship with God.

I am here to tell you, through Jesus Christ death on the cross and His resurrection He defeated the devil therefore we are no longer bound to the devils schemes. We are more that conquerors through Him who loves us.

The grief, suffering or pain is only for a season, the attack will come to an end. You can expect to be stronger in your spirit after you have resisted an attack of the enemy. The Word of God says put the whole armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil schemes.

The devil is real and his aim is to destroy you, to let you lose your focus. He cannot stand it, if you are determined and have enthusiasm for God. He will do anything in his power to destruct you. John 8:44 says he is a liar and the father of lies.

Today I want to talk about the Word ‘weapon’ that God gave us amongst all others. You see God will never leave you powerless or hopeless. He will never allow something to come before you that you cannot handle, AMEN. Luke 10:19 says God has given us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.

2 Corinthian 10: 4-5 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
Firstly get the knowledge of God’s truth in you. Fill yourself with His Word. Jeremiah 23:29 says His Word is like fire. Whatever you might face, say His Word. The devil doesn’t have power over you unless when you give him. Remind the enemy what the Word of God says. I tell you if the enemy realizes that you are all buckled up, you know the Word of God and you stand firm on it, he will flee from you.

Jesus Himself in Luke 1 was tempted by the devil for 40 days. Each time the devil tempt Him, Jesus will quote the Word of God. You need to renew your mind with the Word of God.

God sent His only begotten son into the world to save us. Jesus defeated the enemy on the cross and the devil knows it. We have been redeemed, we no longer in bondage. Jesus paid it all in FULL. As long as we are here on earth the enemy will try by any means to destruct you but no matter what he throws at you, know that you have the power, you have the weapons.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds. They are spiritual. They come from God, recognize the enemy. Instead of walking in peace and joy, you will find yourself stressed and depressed. Humble yourself before God, Pray, Worship and Praise Him.

May God Bless You
